RENTAL TERMS
Rental period
The standard rental period is up to two calendar days. The rental period begins upon delivery and ends at the agreed scheduled pickup time.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable $150 security deposit is required for each rental order. The deposit will be refunded after all rental items are picked up and inspected, provided they are returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for rental items while they are in their possession. If any rental arrangement is damaged beyond repair, a $300 damage fee will be charged.
The refundable security deposit may be applied toward any applicable damage charges.

DELIVERY & PICKUP
Rental delivery is available in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. Petal Noir Co. will coordinate delivery and scheduled pickup of rental items.
Customers are not responsible for returning rental arrangements themselves. Delivery and pickup details will be confirmed before the rental date.
BOOKING AVAILABILITY
Rental arrangements are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred arrangements and date.
A rental is not confirmed until the reservation requirements have been completed and confirmation has been provided by Petal Noir Co.
CANCELLATIONS
Rental cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date. A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit applies to confirmed rental orders.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date are not eligible for a refund.
RENTAL DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Each rental tribute is handcrafted using premium faux florals. Slight variations in flower placement, shape, and overall appearance may occur.
If a particular flower or material is unavailable, Petal Noir Co. may use a comparable substitution while maintaining the overall color palette, style, quality, and elegance of the selected design.
AGREEMENT TO RENTAL TERMS
By submitting and confirming a rental order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Petal Noir Co. Rental Terms, including the rental period, security deposit, damage policy, delivery and pickup terms, booking requirements, and cancellation policy.
