PURCHASE POLICY
FINAL SALE
All purchase orders are final sale due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our floral tributes.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Petal Noir Co. and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & PRICING
Prices shown as “starting at” are base prices. Final pricing may vary depending on arrangement size, flower selection, color palette, personalization, and design complexity.
For custom orders, final pricing will be provided and approved before the design process begins.
DESIGN & FLOWER AVAILABILTY
Each Petal Noir Co. tribute is handcrafted using premium faux florals. Flower varieties and materials are subject to availability.
If an exact flower is unavailable, Petal Noir Co. may use a comparable substitution while maintaining the overall color palette, style, quality, and elegance of the selected design.
DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Photos shown on our website are examples of our designs. Because each tribute is handcrafted, slight variations in flower placement, shape, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of each arrangement.
RENTAL POLICIES
RENTAL PERIOD
The standard rental period is up to two calendar days. The rental period begins upon delivery and ends at the agreed scheduled pickup time.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable $150 security deposit is required per rental order. The deposit will be refunded after all rental items are picked up and inspected, provided they are returned in their original condition.
DAMAGE POLICY
Rental arrangements must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided. If any rental arrangement is damaged beyond repair, a $300 replacement fee will be charged.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Rental delivery is available in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. Petal Noir Co. will arrange pickup of rental items after the service. Families are not responsible for returning the arrangements themselves. Delivery availability and pickup arrangements will be confirmed during the booking process.
BOOKING AVAILABILITY
Rental arrangements are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred arrangements and date. Availability is not guaranteed until your rental order is confirmed.

AGREEMENT TO RENTAL TERMS
By submitting a rental order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Petal Noir Co. Rental Policies, including the rental period, security deposit, damage policy, delivery and pickup terms, and booking requirements.
